Return & Alteration Policy – YourTailor
At YourTailor, every garment is custom-made specifically for you based on your measurements, design choices, and fabric selection. Because each item is personalized and crafted uniquely for the customer, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order is placed.
No Return Policy
All products sold on YourTailor are made-to-measure and customized, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.
Exceptions – Major Manufacturing Errors
We will review return or correction requests only in the case of major mistakes, such as:
- Incorrect garment style different from the confirmed order
- Wrong fabric used compared to the selected fabric
- Major stitching defects that make the garment unusable
- Incorrect size due to a clear production error from our side
If such an issue occurs, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Verification Process
To evaluate the issue, customers may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos or videos of the garment
- Order number and details
- Description of the problem
Our team will review the request and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing error.
Resolution
If the issue is verified as a major mistake from our side, YourTailor will offer one of the following solutions:
- Free alteration
- Remake of the garment
- Store credit, if applicable
The final decision will be taken by the YourTailor team after reviewing the case.
Measurement Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. YourTailor is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
Minor Alterations
Minor fitting adjustments may sometimes be required with made-to-measure garments. These small alterations are considered normal and may need to be done locally.
